I just gave away two old PCs (Unicron and Ironhide), a 19" CRT monitor, a big bag of random cables, cards, memory, and peripherals, a couple of keyboards, as well as an old SPARC motherboard to a PC surplus place. Actually, that's not true - I paid them $27 to take it all away. I'm sad to see them go, but I consider it to be a deal at the same time. And now I don't have to move them next week (if everything goes well with my new condo).
